The effects of father-child interaction play program on father-child interaction and children¡¯s aggression

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of father-child interaction play program on father-child interaction and children`s aggression. Two research questions were posed: first, does the father-child interactions play program any effect on father-child interactions? second, does the father-child interactions play program any effect on children`s aggression? The program was provided in 8sessions at a child development center in March and April, 2016, twice a week, 90 minutes each. As a result, the father-child interaction play program was found to be effective at boosting the father-child interactions and at relieving the children`s aggression. At this point that father`s roles are constantly increasing, this study has significance by focusing on children`s interaction with their fathers for reduction of aggression.
